At our Fablab Solidaire, we offer free workshops where you can learn to use our various machines in complete safety. Recurring OpenLab sessions then help you develop your projects independently in an adapted and supported environment.
Digital Fabrication
Digital manufacturing describes a design process using digital control machines. In practical terms, you create an electronic file using design software. Other software translates this file for manufacturing according to the machine’s features.
If you master this process you can create (almost) anything, especially your entrepreneurial prototyping or creative projects! Digital control machines include 3D printers, digital milling machines, digital embroidery machines and laser cutters.
There are many FabLabs (short for “Fabrication Laboratory”) in Brussels where you can access machines subject to conditions.
