According to the Fondation Roi Baudouin, 46% of the Belgian population was digitally vulnerable in 2022 and almost 10% of people aged between 16 and 74 have never used the internet. This issue mainly affects people with low education levels on low incomes, as well as seniors. These people may need digital help. This help may be more or less complex to provide and may require social sector skills in addition to core digital skills.
