Take part in building a retro-gaming arcade cabinet from A to Z.
This manufacturing workshop offers immersion in all the necessary steps for this creation.
- From the design and assembly of the hardware : including CNC milling, 3D printing, graphic pimping using the vinyl cutting or lasercut
- And assembly of the software : including wiring, micro-soldering, electronics, button configuration, programming, Rasperry Pi, and more.
Join this experience of anyone who loves “learning by doing” in a stimulating and innovative environment.

- Explore Fablabs and their philosophy, peer-to-peer learning and innovation
- Participate in the construction, hardware assembly and software configuration of an arcade cabinet
A practical, Fun and engaging full-day workshop. The ideal KICKstart to further progress and advance in personal projects by your own. Learn to design a circuit (using Kicad), fabricate using Flatcam, operate the CNC and test functionalities (synth, Arduino, etc.)
Objectives :

- Explore Fablabs and their philosophy, peer-to-peer learning and innovation
- Learn and operate PCB design Software
- Understand the use of CNC (computer numerically controlled milling machine)
- Operate and test functionalities related to the PCB

Thanks to the Fablab’s technology, you will have the opportunity to produce prints of your own images from engraved wooden plate using the laser cutter.
Curious ? ? Come and discover a unique way to experiment together with a printing method that combines traditional techniques and new technologies.
This workshop will teach you to:
- Discover and experiment with a printing method that combines different techniques.
- Prepare digital images for use in the dedicated software – safely and optimally use the laser machine
- Safely and optimally use the laser cutting machine
- Initiate your first cutting
- Ink and print your own creation !
There are no necessary prerequisites.
We will use water-based ink, but it is advisable to wear an apron or suitable clothes.
